Motel Rooms

We have 22 one and two-bed motel rooms, all with telephones and Cable TV. We offer both smoking and nonsmoking rooms. We are located on 10 beautiful acres of Cottonwood, lush green grass, and access to the Rio Chama on the West side of the property. Open year round, we cater to reunions, tour groups, as well as the individual. KIDS STAY FREE! Port-a-Cribs and rollaway beds are available for a nominal charge.

Our two motel compounds are both warm, comfortable units and offer different experiences.

The Southwest Compound has six rooms, and each room is hand painted and decorated in a different southwest motif. The four rooms on the ground floor have one queen sized bed, along with a sitting area for watching tv/reading or writing. These spacious rooms are ideal for a couple or single person. The baths have a shower/bath combination. In front of each room is a covered porch with chairs as well for enjoying the cool evenings. The 2nd floor houses two separate rooms that each have one king sized bed. They each have a balcony off the room and again, these extra large, comfortable rooms are ideal for couples. These two rooms do require going up about 10 steps.

The Long Branch Compound consists of 16 rooms all on ground level. Each room has two queen sized beds, and a full bath. These rooms are ideal for families, couples or friends traveling together. This unit is especially good for groups, bus tours and family reunions.

Pets are welcome. Pets must be kept on a leash and not left unattended. There is a one-time charge of $10 per pet per visit.

Pricing for motel rooms start at $45.00 during the off-peak season.
